Happy New Year! Or, as they say in Japan, “Ake mashite omedeto go zai masu”. In January 1, 2002, we entered the New Year with a lunar eclipse and a 3 degree conjunction with the planet Jupiter. What a sight it was. I hope all of you had a chance to view it. If you’re like most people, you also entered the New Year a little heavier than the previous month. So let’s construct a New Year resolution to shed those unwanted pounds, or did we realize last year’s New Year resolution to do the same? But then again, how about the similar weight lost resolutions from years previous to that. Does that make the other resolutions a work in progress? Is it a singular resolution or a compound resolution? Hmmm? Nah, it’s too heavy of a thought. J I prefer to start fresh. How about you?
