Text Box: Although this poem appears to have contradictory phrases, "Path to Tao" was originally written to clarify my thoughts on how to achieve oneness with the universe. The Tao, or "The Way" of it all, is considered by ancient Eastern sages as being indescribable and more experiential and harmonizing with it can unleash a multi-dimensional sense of heightened awareness and "beingness". This poem should not be read quickly and requires sincere dedicated practice for it has the potential to be life changing and transformational. The lessons with each line may take years to learn whereas the lesson of the last line may take a lifetime to achieve, however the benefits of its practice can be enjoyed immediately. This poem is key to my Shen Kung but it is also a work in progress that serves as my guide as well as a study for my students.
